DELIVERY DAY.... |

We arrived early
Saturday morning and started making deliveries. The Jeffs (my
brother and my husband) set out to find people in need. They found
George, who was trying to cook spoiled meat because his family hadn't
eaten in days. They were so thankful that we showed up with food,
water and hope. We found out that Joshawa was a big baseball fan
and so the next day when the family came by to thank us, again, Jeff
took a picture with him and signed a baseball. Not much in light
of what he lost, but it did lift his spirits.

As they were driving on Sunday morning, making more
deliveries, they happened upon a small church that was having services.
They stopped in during the service and asked them if they needed
anything. They were so excited as they had just been praying
for help and then the knock came at the door! The ladies
were saying "Praise the Lord!" My brother took a picture with some
of the church members. |
